Shops at Pembroke Gardens is excited to invite the community to the Ultimate Wellness Sunday powered by NIKE, an outdoor fitness event focused on health and community, Sunday, January 19. This one-of-a-kind event will combine high-energy workouts, wellness activities, and family fun in an invigorating morning designed to inspire a healthier lifestyle.

Participants can enjoy back-to-back workouts, including Socacize and Zumba with @GabyZumbaFit, followed by a refreshing yoga cool-down session, all while the beats of DJ Angelo keep the energy levels high. Plus, indulge in tasty refreshments, shop local wellness vendors, and enjoy special discounts and giveaways from leading brands.
