Join Michelin-starred Chef Alain Verzeroli, culinary director of The Bastion Collection, for Flavors in Bloom – a seasonal dining series celebrating the vibrant tastes of spring. On April 16, Chef Alain collaborates with Le Jardinier Miami’s Chef de Cuisine Zack Pham to present an artfully composed three-course lunch and four-course dinner that showcase spring’s most exquisite ingredients. Set within Le Jardinier’s lush, light-filled space in the Miami Design District, guests are invited to indulge in a menu that captures the freshness of the season with dishes like poached white asparagus, Maine lobster, and wagyu striploin. The experience concludes with “Parrot Mango Bliss” – a vibrant dessert crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Salvatore Martone and Pastry Chef Marta Barcellona featuring passion fruit crémeux and coconut sherbet.
