The Pilates & Lattes Festival at The Gates South Beach is back for a feel-good fusion of movement, connection, and celebration—think white-and-light beachwear vibes, espresso-fueled energy, and a full morning of fitness and fun.

Guests kick off the day by joining one of four themed “latte teams” (Latte, Matcha, Cappuccino, or Cortado) and diving into a Pilates Networking Bingo social hour—complete with team challenges, coffee-fueled conversation, brand activations, and prizes for the winning team.

Then it’s time to move:
• Sculpt Pilates with Steph (@estephaniakatz) offers a full-body toning experience using deep core engagement and controlled movement.
• Twerk + Dance with Ava Machado brings the heat with choreography, high-energy vibes, and empowerment through movement.
• A poolside dance party wraps up the main event—with mocktails, curated bites, and music to keep the good vibes flowing.

Stick around after 1 PM for a bonus hour of chill time by the pool, featuring more mocktails, networking, and sunshine. Guests also enjoy wellness perks like B12 shots, facials, print photo booths, goodie bags, and professional photo/video content to relive the magic.
