Join Rina as she leads us through a yoga practice of flowing postures, breathing exercises and affirmations allowing us to observe and remove our physical and energetic clutter. In addition, she will introduce principles from her new book, Choose Peace: A Practical Guide into Consciousness, based on modern-day practices of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. This workshop invites us to reach a level of consciousness that allows us to Choose Peace.
