5 Napkin Burger is excited to bring their Beer and Bourbon Dinner Series to South Beach, with Florida Beer Company kicking it off on Monday, July 16th followed by Holy Mackerel on July 23rd.

Each dinner will begin at 7pm with an informal cocktail reception where guests will mingle with the brewers and dine on passed appetizers made with the beer! The evening will then proceed to a seated 3-course dinner and every bite of food will be expertly paired with a different beer (totaling four throughout the evening). Chef Andy D’Amico and the breweries will be working alongside one another to bring guests new flavors and new beer experiences.

To attend one dinner is $35 (including tax and gratuity) and for those real beer lovers, the cost to attend both dinners is $60 per person, also all inclusive.

Florida Beer Company menu includes: Pork Taquitos, Lobster Endive Spears, Pickles & Pastrami, Spinach & Artichoke Crostini, Bacon, Ale & Gruyere Soup, choice of Avoado Ranch Burger or Veggie Burger, Porter Granite.

Florida Beer Company beers include: Key West Southernmost Wheat, Key West Sunset Ale, Florida Lager, and Swamp Ape IPA

Holy Mackerel menu includes: Vegetable Maki Rolls, Wasabi Deviled Eggs with Sriracha, Grilled Chipotle Shrimp, Hell’s Kitchen ‘Boneless Wings’, Mussels steamed in Ale, choice of Barbecue Burger or Veggie Burger, and Watermelon Wheat Float

Holy Mackerel beers include: Special Golden, Panic Attack and Mack in Black
