I was a foodie before the word even existed! I wrote restaurant reviews for my Middle School’s newspaper. In college at FIU, I was the dining columnist with a regular column called “A Bite With Carlos”. I am looking to expand my experience and food writing portfolio. I currently volunteer as the local dining editor for www.joonbug.com/miami/firstcourse and have been doing so since July of last year. I also have my own food blog, www.well-traveledpalate.blogspot.com, where I post recipes and reviews.
