Taking On A Big Challenge
The Easter Seals Culinary vs. Arts Challenge is the kickoff event for Easter Seals 24th Annual Festival of Chefs, "Where Culinary Art and Fine Arts Meet". Back by popular demand the challenge brings together two skilled masters, renown Chef Michael Gilligan and award winning visual artist MANO to share their unique skills with Easter Seals culinary arts students.
Chef Michael Gilligan and Miami-based artist MANO, will meet in a very distinctive challenge. Chef Michael will teach Artist MANO & students 0f Easter Seals Culinary Arts program how to prepare one of his favorite dishes and then MANO will teach Chef Michael & the students how to create an art masterpiece. Two skilled masters will share their talents with these very special culinary arts student. As a guest you will not only experience these two masters at work, but learn about the amazing children and adults with disabilities that attend one of programs provided at Easter Seals South Florida.
Easter Seals Culinary vs. Arts Challenge takes place at 10:00 am on Wednesday, October 3 at the Easter Seals South Florida Miami Campus, located at 1475 NW 14th Ave, Miami, FL, 33125. It is free admission to the Easter Seals Culinary vs Art Challenge on October 3, 2012 (10:00 am) but reservations are required.
