Battle of the Chefs
Wednesday, July 30 at 7 p.m.
Join Downtown Coral Gables and La Cuisine for Battle of the Chefs 2008 to benefit the Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis. This culinary challenge pits two high profile Gables’ chefs who have just 45 minutes to produce three dishes using a bag of “mystery” ingredients provided by The Fresh Market. The competition is judged on taste, originality and presentation, and guests watch the entire process, socialize and enjoy light refreshments. Admission is complimentary, but a donation of $15 is encouraged. Gourmet VIP seating is also available.
