Street art is a hot commodity in Miami, featured in our neighborhoods and in art auctions, fairs and events. It is also featured in advertisements, promotions and in other ways not always endorsed by the artists. Can street art be copyrighted? Artist’s rights have been in the news due to two well known law cases pitting street artists against corporate entities.
