Slow Food Miami, the local, 100% volunteer non-profit dedicated to planting a fresher future for our children, will hold its second “Snail Social” roaming Happy Hour event at EDGE, Steak & Bar on Tuesday, October 13 from 6 PM – 8 PM.

Guests can take advantage of special Happy Hour prices on Stellar Wines as well as complimentary passed hors-d’oeuvres. From 6 PM – 7 PM guests can indulge in an abundant sampling of chef’s creations including Chilled Key West Pink Shrimp with salsa verde, pickled chiles and cucumber; Paradise Farms Mushroom Croquetas accompanied by a Farmstead blue cheese dip paired with local honey; and local Boniato Frito with a special finger-licking guava sauce.
