P&B is celebrating Halloween the whole week with a special 3-course menu. Guests can enjoy a fresh and bloody menu for $49 that includes choices such as Luscious Pumpkin Saffron Soup with Canadian Mussels and Pastry, Chilean Wild Sea Bass Papillotte with Glazed Sweet Chestnut and Celery Mouseline, and Slow Raised Burgundy Short Ribs with Gratin Dauphinois and Truffle Oil. After the first two courses, guests finish dinner with the sweetest course of all –dessert. Indulge in the Traditional Halloween Pumpkin Cake, Pumpkin Choux stuffed with Mousseline Cream or Crème Brulee with Natural Vanilla. All that food requires something to wash it down with, so try the new Blood Moon cocktail – a Halloween inspired cocktail made with Tanqueray Gin, Vermouth, Blood Orange Liqueur and Fresh Blood Orange Juice.
