COYA invites you to the launch of its new liquid series collective “A Liquid Journey through Latin America.†The first adventure begins on Wednesday, November 18 from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in the Pisco Bar at COYA.
Four local bartenders from Miami’s premier bar scene are embarking on this journey with COYA’s Beverage director, Maria Pottage, for the launch of this special event. Each bartender will be tasked with crafting a signature cocktail that represents a specific region of Latin America.

• Damon Roseberry (The Broken Shaker) our guide to Venezuela via Rum

• Maria Pottage (COYA Restaurant) our guide to Peru via Pisco
All are welcome to embark on this special journey and taste the five Latin American inspired cocktails that will be revealed at the event. Guests can also enjoy complimentary canapes and Live Latin Music by Flamenco Duo.
