This Thanksgiving, allow 15th & Vine Kitchen and Bar to do all the cooking and cleaning. Viceroy Miami’s signature restaurant is offering a family-style dinner paired with good company and unforgettable views of Biscayne Bay. The special holiday menu includes delectable dishes, such as Roasted Beet and Calabaza Ensalada, Jerk Roasted Turkey Roulade, Sweet Potato Gnocchi, Carnitas and Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Fried Yuca, Mofongo Dressing, Florida Citrus Compote, Iron Beer Jus, and Cheesy Biscuits. Guests are encouraged to top off their memorable evening with homemade decadent desserts including Pumpkin Flan garnished with spiced pumpkin seeds and Apple Pie streusel with Devonshire sweet cream.
