When most people think of Thanksgiving, they think of indoor dinners and cold weather. That’s not how it’s done in Miami. On Thanksgiving day, from 2-8 p.m., you can enjoy a pre-fixe menu from Chef Birk filled with Thanksgiving favorites including traditional turkey or fancy fried turkey, roasted butternut squash soup with pumpkin seeds and pancetta, and mashed potatoes with a black garlic swirl.
