The winner of the latest What Brews You? contest, Erik Durr from Virginia Gardens, Florida, will be on hand as Concrete Beach Brewery taps the first kegs of his Guava Lychee Saison, which he conceptualized and created with the help of Marco Reyna, Concrete Beach’s head brewer. There will also be a video that shows the brewing process, as well as a live Q&A with Marco and Erik. What Brews You? is an annual contest that puts out the call for unique beer ideas that embody the spirit and flavors of Miami. In addition to prizes, the winner gets to brew his or her beer with the Concrete Beach Brewery brew team.

Saison style ale fermented with guava and lychee

Vitals:
Malt: Malted Wheat and EuroPils
Hops: Galena and Motueka
ABV: 6.0%

Availability:
Guava Lychee Saison will be available on draft at the Social Hall and in select restaurants and bars starting in November.
