On Tuesday, July 18th, Fooq’s & Friends celebrates Bastille Day with a feast inspired by classic French cuisine. Guest chef of the evening, David Blonsky, joins Fooqs’ Executive Chef Saul Ramos, for a one-night- only dinner collaboration that honors the flavors of France. Menu highlights include classically prepared Steak Tartare, Escargot, Chicken Basquaise, as well as Mille-Feuille and Yogurt Mousse for dessert. The special Bastille Day tasting menu will be priced at $60 per person (+ tax & gratuity), with two seatings offered at 7pm and 9pm.
