Sunday, June 10th Saffron Supper Club will host their much-admired traveling diner series pop-up at Byblos Miami for the 3rd year with the Taste the ‘Middleterranean’ dinner event! Beginning at 6:30pm – 9:30pm, guests will be welcomed by a private cocktail reception featuring passed canapés before being led upstairs for dinner to indulge in Chef Stuart Cameron’s carefully curated four-course menu. What’s more, Chef Stuart Cameron himself will be flying down from the original Byblos Toronto location to join guests and partake in the commemorative evening.
Highlights of the abundant culinary offerings include the following:
First Course: Jerusalem Bagel: baba ganoush AND Hawaiij Kanpachi: spoon salad + labneh + borek
Second Course: Wagyu Pide: yoghurt + tahini + baharat + greens AND Jewelled Kale Salad: tahini + pomegranate + puffed grain + nuts
Third Course: Kabuli Rice: braised lamb + green schug AND Branzino: chermoula + saffron toum
And just when you thought you couldn’t eat another bite, welcome the big finale…DESSERT. Bring on the Chocolate Cremeux made with frozen labneh + namelaka + crispy katafi.
