WHAT: Mother’s Day Concert and High Tea — Come step into our enchanted garden and enjoy a wonderful and magical ride in music during the Afternoon High Tea Concert on Mother’s Day when the CEA Chamber Ensemble will play excerpts from Mozart’s Magic Flute. The Magic Flute, Mozart’s famous German singspiel, will be performed by the Center For Emerging Art Chamber Ensemble with the story book narrated by Ava Rado, which tells a charming, fantastic story that includes a bird seller, a captured princess, a prince who wants to rescue her, an evil Queen of the night, a priest and, of course, a magic flute.
At the W South Beach, Executive Chef Michael Gilligan, has put together a wonderful menu, fashioned after the British Afternoon Tea, which includes tea sandwiches, Devonshire clotted cream, wonderful Cheddar Cheese Scones, and Fairy cakes and cookies for children of all ages.
