Rubens Menin is the 63-year-old founding partner, and current Chairman of the Board of AHS Residential “ahs®”, a U.S. based real estate development company with its headquarters in Miami, Florida. Menin, who brings 40 years of experience in real estate development and the construction industry, established ahs® in 2012 to exclusively develop, build and manage high quality multifamily communities for America’s Workforce. To date, the company has delivered 7 new rental communities throughout South Florida, servicing over 2,500 low-to-middle income residents and has several new developments currently under construction. “At AHS, we strive to provide families in America with a home they can afford and live with dignity”, Menin comments.
