It’s time to put on your dancing shoes! MegaRumba Latin Music Festival is back on July 20, 2019, and taking over Miami with an all-day event. With the hottest Latin Artists performing in past years, SWARM brings back this festival with an even better and more diverse lineup. This year, MegaRumba presents to you “Rumba Around Latin America” where patrons can celebrate and immerse themselves in the different latin cultures with unique arts and crafts, food, drinks, and music.
From past performers like Maluma, Danny Ocean, Grupo Niche, Jorge Celedón, Reykón, ChoquibTown, Victor Manuelle, Fonseca, Sofía Reyes, Becky G, among other Latin Billboard winners, Latin Music lovers all over South Florida are in for a treat. The concert will feature Lenier, the hottest cubaton artists of the moment, as well as artists like Domino Saints, Los Adolescentes, Sonora Carruseles, Periko & Jessi Leon, Diego Val, Manu Manzo, and El Arka to name a few!
Mega Rumba will be a full day event, throughout the day, expect to shop local and Latin American goods from a variety of countries at the Wynwood Marketplace. Guests are encouraged to explore over their palate with an array of food trucks representing countries like Cuba ,Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, some vendors to check out this year include: Toby’s for arepas and pinchos, Con Sabor Latino for churrasco or kebabs, Tumbao for its Latin Asian cuisine, Tierra del fuego LLC for Argentinian steak sandwiches, Los Chamos for everything Venezuelan, La Cocina del Gordo for more latin dishes, Potato Corner for flavored french fries, El Shaddai Latin Grill for Puerto Rican dishes, Bistro Burger, and Ice Cream Distributors of Florida or Lucky Slushy to satisfy that sweet tooth. Looking to try a brazilian caipirinha, Cuban Mojito, or Colombian Aguardiente, our fully stocked bars will be overflowing with specialty cocktails created to enhance everyone’s cultural experience like no other for whatever it is you may be craving!
For all Colombians, mention 20 de Julio and you will have a chance to enjoy Farra y Guarro – an all day Colombian celebration. Within the festival “Colombia HQ”, patrons will find Aguardiente flowing by Antioqueño Real, Colombian DJ’s and one big Parranda!
This year, SWARM has made MegaRumba the most diverse it has ever been! They have made it a goal to make everyone feel welcome, to celebrate their country or culture, and to take part in celebrating those of other cultures. After all, MegaRumba will be held in Miami, and its most culturally dynamic neighborhood, Wynwood.
