Hai for Her is a culinary celebration held in conjunction with International Women’s Day that brings together female talent from Hai Hospitality’s family of restaurants across the country to support a worthy cause that offers opportunities for young women to grow, learn and thrive.

In early March of 2020, chefs from across Hai properties assembled at Uchiko for the inaugural Hai for Her dinner benefitting Austin charity, Girlstart. After a 2021 hiatus, Hai for Her returns in grand fashion, this time at Uchi Miami over two nights, March 7th and 8th, 2022. Host Chef de Cuisine Dina Butterfield and Sushi Chef Vicki Rodpai will welcome Hai Hospitality chefs from around the country, including: Uchi and Uchibā Dallas Chef de Cuisine, Rhonda McCullar; Uchi Restaurants Head Pastry Chef, Ariana Quant; and Loro Austin Bar Manager, Katie Arnold to collaborate and create a memorable two night ticketed event and celebration of women forging new paths. Tickets for the event, inclusive of a 10-course Omakase with pairings, are $225 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, and can be purchased via Eventbrite. Proceeds from all ticket sales will benefit The Women’s Fund Miami-Dade which, for three decades, has been creating positive change for women and girls through advocacy, investment and collective impact.
