Awaken, move and Glow with the Flow as the monthly Full Moon Yoga Experience returns on Thursday, May 4, bringing a night of movement, healing and community to Las Olas Oceanside Park. The evening begins with a Yoga Flow led by Lisa Pumper at 6:15 p.m., followed by a Bollywood Fusion dance led by Janet and Varun Tewari at 7:45 p.m. The night will conclude with blissful breathwork, sacred sound healing, a mocktail station and stargazing on the lawn.
