Wine connoisseurs will delight as chef/owner Michael Beltran’s Ariete in Coconut Grove is hosting an inspired Winemaker Dinner in collaboration with Il Poggione and master winemaker Alessandro Bindocci. On Tuesday, October 17, the exclusive experience will showcase an evening of culinary mastery and wine sophistication, offering guests the opportunity to savor a five-course tasting menu curated by Executive Chef Manny Arredondo and expert wine pairings from Il Poggione’s exquisite portfolio.

The evening will commence with a welcome reception and oyster canapés at 6:30PM followed by dinner at 7PM. The tasting experience begins with a delicate Mackerel featuring crispy caper escabeche, paired with Poggione Brancato Rose 2021, followed by Beef Heart Tartare with fine herbs served alongside Poggione Rosso di Montalcino 2021. The gastronomic journey will conclude with The Ariete Flan, the restaurant’s beloved dessert prepared with candy cap mushroom, paired with Il Poggione Brunello Grappa.

The Winemaker Dinner is priced at $275 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). Seating is limited; advance reservations are required to attend.
