Opening just in time for Miami Art Week, Casa Ya’ax – positioned to be a hot new dining and imbibing destination in Wynwood – will celebrate Miami’s most artful week with four nights of not-to-be-missed immersive agave-centric food & drink experiences. Each night, guests will be treated to an immersive theatrical experience complete with actors, music, visual effects, and, of course, amazing food & drink celebrating the rich tapestry of Mexican culture through the history and mythology of agave.
From Wednesday, December 6 to Saturday, December 9 at 8:30 PM, each night will thrill guests with a special five-course dinner paired with rare or unique agave-based spirits for $150 per person. Each evening will also kick-off and conclude with gorgeous cocktails crafted by the team behind the renowned Sabina Sabe bar from Oaxaca, Mexico, and sponsored agave by The Agave Conspiracy. During the course of the evening, guests will be treated to an aural and visual journey charting the history and mythology of the iconic agave plant, reveling in five “acts” complete with music and theatrics compliments of Sophisticated Minds and director Josefina Pieres. Helping ensure each night is unforgettable will be heavyweights from the spirits world, including renowned agave expert Megs Miller.
