Unleash your inner diva and join R House in celebrating 10 fabulous years with the first in a summer series of anniversary events overflowing with jaw-dropping performances, fierce new looks, special guests, and non-stop entertainment. For the past decade, the Wynwood institution has been delighting locals and visitors across the globe with its epic drag performances, stellar global cuisine and beverages, and lively, all-inclusive atmosphere.
On Friday, May 17, R House is hosting its beloved “YAS QUEEN” event, while simultaneously kicking off the anniversary festivities with a special guest runway fashion show and the official Florida launch party of SERV Vodka – the LGBTQ+ vodka brand with various flavors each representing the world’s top drag queens. In honor of R House reaching one decade, the restaurant has put together a special runway fashion show. Hosted by Miami’s drag goddess, Athena Dion, who can always ensure a full-fledged party, the fashion show will include local celebrity personalities such as NBC 6 Host Miriam Tapia, Deco Drive Host Alex Miranda, former Inside South Florida Host and RuPaul’s Drag Race Pit Crew member Jason Carter, Yelp South Florida’s Regional Lead Diandra Lamas, and more. Taking the stage for this unforgettable celebration are the luminous stars of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Manila Luzon, and Trinity the Tuck, bringing their signature sass, talent, and slay to the party. Guests who order SERV bottle service will have the privilege of their bottle being served to them by Manila and Trinity themselves. The show will also feature electrifying performances by R House’s iconic Juicy Love and Kat Wilderness.
Guests will receive a complimentary SERV vodka cocktail on arrival and can enjoy R House’s a la carte dinner and drink specials throughout the night. A portion of the proceeds will support The Trevor Project – a nonprofit organization dedicated to suicide prevention efforts in the LGBTQ+ community.
General Admission tickets are $20pp; Front Row VIP Bottle Service tickets are $40pp. Tickets should be purchased in advance.
