School is out, but MODS’ Camp STEAMology: Look to the Stars is in!
This week, children ages 5 – 10 will learn to navigate the stars as they create their own constellation map. Campers will journey through the night sky in the MODS planetarium and zoom through the galaxy to observe constellations, planets and beyond!
South Florida’s award-winning attraction features 150,000 square feet of dynamic science exhibits, an outdoor science park, a live animal collection, a rotating schedule of science shows, learning labs, café, store and a grand atrium featuring the Great Gravity Clock, a 52-foot-tall kinetic energy sculpture; the largest clock in Florida. The showpiece of the museum since 1993, this unique timepiece is one of only three in the world.
Give your child a SCIENTASTIC STEM experience at MODS’ camp program, presented by Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. At Camp STEAMology, we’ve crafted the ultimate age-appropriate camp experience, providing campers with interactive exploration and hands-on learning opportunities in the coolest camp environment, including a weekly IMAX immersion!
This Camp STEAMology four-day camp costs $240 for members and $280 for non-members. Aftercare tuition is $45 per child. For a multi-child discount, save $10 off the total by using code “10off” at check out. Registration is required at mods.org/campdiscovery.
