P.Pole Pizza—known for dishing out fast and fresh customisable pizzas at its Miami locations—celebrates its sixth birthday on July 18th. To mark the occasion, all pizzas will be available for $7.18 all day; the first 50 guests at each location will also receive a $20 gift card.

Entrepreneur Giulia Carniato first opened P.Pole in Coral Gables in 2018. The 25-year-old has put a vibrant, Gen-Z spin on the classic pizzeria: at her street-art-filled P.Pole locations in Miami, including a flagship in South Beach, where she ditches the traditional pizza oven for a fun take on the world’s favorite dish. Here, each skateboard-shaped pizza is completely bespoke. Customers choose their own dough—which can be made with chia seeds—and unique toppings such as gorgonzola, ricotta, jalapeños, and artichokes. And pizzas are each baked within a few minutes.

P.Pole has locations in Miami River, Hallandale Beach, South Beach, and Coral Gables.
