On Sunday, July 28, RedFarm is hosting a special Wok Star Supper Club dinner in collaboration with Miami’s food personality and event curator, Eleanor Hoh. The gathering will feature a four-course dinner priced at $75 per person, executed by RedFarm’s dim-sum master, Chef Joe Ng.

Hoh and RedFarm’s co-founder & Executive Chef Joe Ng have curated a Special Menu for this gathering. Expect modern and inventive Chinese cuisine with whimsical touches and a seasonally driven menu, including dishes unique to Miami. The Special Menu will offer signature dishes with substantial vegetarian options.

The evening will commence at 6pm with a meet and greet while enjoying Asian-inspired cocktails, followed by a sit-down four-course dinner in a dining area allocated exclusively for the event. Guests will have the rare opportunity to meet Chef Ng, hear his journey from Hong Kong street food to running a 700-seat dim sum restaurant in California. Service director, Jeff Goldin will also briefly share the history of Chinese food and RedFarm.

All reservations require a pre-payment of $75 per guest (price INCLUDES tax and gratuity; drinks are not included). Early bookings are encouraged due to limited event capacity. $20 valet or street parking available.
