During this class, guests will be preparing an array of Peruvian favorites from Pisco’s famous ceviche – with the choice of traditional leche de tigre, ají amarillo, or rocoto – to their signature Arroz con Mariscos. All while making (and sipping) a classic Pisco Sour, Chilcano clásico, and Guapo Chilcano cocktails.
