On May 7, Michelin starred Le Jardinier Miami steps off land and onto the water for a bespoke dining experience aboard ARKHAUS—a floating social club powered by solar energy. Set against the backdrop of Biscayne Bay, this Off The Grid dinner invites guests to indulge in a four-course menu inspired by the sea, crafted by The Bastion Collection chefs James Friedberg and Zack Pham.

Rooted in the elegance of French culinary tradition and elevated by peak seasonal ingredients, the evening promises a refined, sensory journey far removed from the everyday.
