So, on Saturday 8/16/08, we decided to take a little trip out of town and wander down to Long Key State Park. I have to admit, I don’t really recommend it. It’s kind of small, and the beaches are not so great. Nice long nature walk, if you like that kind of thing, and good camping.

That night we went to the White Room to catch Diaga on the decks and to catch our good friend’s welcome home party since she moved back to Miami. Great time. Diaga threw one of his excellent classic sets, despite some hardship. In the other room, there was some kid going off on the mic. Good crowd, good friends, good fun.
