Things are heating up at Secret Cocktail Society Saturdays at The Betsy. For the past month, each week at 10 PM a culturally curious cross-section of locals and eclectic international visitors has met in the super chic, exclusive, sub-terranian lounge that New Times deemed the “Best Hotel Bar†(Best of Miami 2010).
This week the Secret Ingredient will be PEACH and as always, Head Mixologist, Thomas Merolla (B Bar and W South Beach) will create a Secret Cocktail. Each guest will receive one complimentary Secret Cocktail with RSVP and arrival by 11 PM. DJ James Dolby (former resident at the Setai) creates the perfect gypset cocktail vibe with a sophisticated mix of Chill Out, International Lounge, House and Rock.
