11 artists join forces to create one voice by bearing their souls in an exploration of self-identity through visual art and film. Participating artists include: Thom Wheeler Castillo (Intermedia), Roberto Catasus (Photography), Dennis Dean (Photography), Daniel Garcia (Painting), Lidia Godoi (Painting), Israel Guevara (Painting and Sculpture), Pablo Hernandez (Painting), Rock Hudson (Film), Armando Pedroso (Painting), George Rodez (Painting) and Evelyn Valdirio (Painting). All Sales will benefit the Miami Gay & Lesbian Film Festival (MGLFF).

Also, on Monday, November 29, Art Starts in the Grove — an Art Basel celebration throughout Coconut Grove encompassing all 11 art galleries, restaurants and bars in the area. Every gallery will open a new exhibition that day and will remain open until 10 pm that evening, with an After-party to be held at the Mayfair Atrium from 9 to 11 pm. All galleries will remain open the week of November 30 – December 5 until at least 9 pm with refreshments served nightly.

11 artistas unen fuerzas para crear una voz exponiendo sus almas en una exploración de sus auto-identidades a través de las artes visuales y película. Artistas participantes incluyen: Thom Wheeler Castillo (Intermedia), Roberto Catasus (Fotografía), Dennis Dean (Fotografía), Daniel Garcia (Pintura), Lidia Godoi (Pintura), Israel Guevara (Pintura y Escultura), Pablo Hernandez (Pintura), Rock Hudson (Película), Armando Pedroso (Pintura), George Rodez (Pintura) y Evelyn Valdirio (Pintura). Todas las ventas beneficiarán al Miami Gay & Lesbian Film Festival (MGLFF).

También, el lunes, 29 de noviembre, “Art Starts in the Grove” — una celebración de Art Basel a través de las 11 galerías de arte en Coconut Grove, los restaurantes y los bares del área. Cada galería abrirá una nueva muestra esa noche y quedarán abiertas hasta las 10 pm, con una Fiesta Después en el “Atrium de Mayfair” de 9 a 11 pm. Todas las galerías se mantendrán abierta la semana del 30 de noviembre al 5 de diciembre hasta por lo menos las 9 pm con bebidas servidas todas las noches.
