Past performers have included Alicia Keys, Major Lazer, A$AP Rocky, Cardi B, DMX, Pusha T and more. There are also some fantastic artist profiles of individuals who have gone on to find tremendous success following their No Commission exhibitions.
No Commission Miami is the sixth in a series of artist support collaborations. Past editions were held in Miami, New York, London, Shanghai and Berlin where artworks were sold and artists retained 100% of sales proceeds. The No Commission platform is realized through a partnership between BACARDÍ, Swizz Beatz, and The Dean Collection in their continued support of cultural visionaries around the world.

The RC Cola Plant and surrounding Wynwood neighborhood will become the “epicenter of the graffiti world” during Basel House Mural Festival. Over the course of four days, there will be 40+ mural projects and 60+ top street artists from across the globe painting large murals across six city blocks in Wynwood Art District, including a digital arts and VR playground that will bring art to life. The FREE block party will offer live painting, unique art installations, live music, late-night DJs, artists, a vendor market, and food trucks. In addition, you can watch the creation process of the first mural in Wynwood to be painted by a robot designed by engineers from the University of Florida, and/or take part in Street Skool, where you can join panel discussions, workshops & networking sessions with industry peers.
Basel House is designed to be inclusive of all artists and people. It will unite top Miami Street Artists with those from across the globe and present them before an international audience of 80,000 people.
Basel House will feature a collection of art & craft vendors alongside purveyors of culture & lifestyle brands. In addition to a selection of Miami’s best food trucks,
Basel House will offer a zone of MUST Instagram dessert vendors that are either visually artistic or gargantuan; anything from outrageous ice cream toppings, naughty cupcakes, giant milkshakes, hipster donuts and mouthwatering fillings. About the band
Jarabe de Palo is unquestionably one of the biggest bands on the Hispano-American music scene in the last two decades.
However, Spain is currently embracing three big music genres: Latin, African and Anglo-Saxon (not forgetting its own flamenco, of course). This wealth of musical influences has helped to shape their music and given it its unique character.
Rock, funk, jazz and blues in a fusion with flamenco, Afro-Caribbean, Cuban and Brazilian music. Influences with a definite Latin feel intermeshed with other very strong musical influences from the Anglo-Saxon world. The result: pure fusion rock.
Jarabe de Palo was born in Barcelona (Spain) in the mid-1990s. The band’s first album, La Flaca (1996), opened up a new chapter in the fusion music scene of that time. In a very short space of time they became one of the most high-profile Spanish groups on the Latin-American music scene. Their unique way of understanding and mixing different styles made them one of the landmark bands in their genre. After La Flaca came Depende (1998), then De Vuelta y Vuelta(2001), Bonito (2003) and so on up to eight original albums and the same number of compilations, all published over the course of just 18 years.
15 nominations for the Latin Grammy Awards and collaborations with artists of the stature of Celia Cruz, Compay Segundo, Pavarotti, Alanis Morrissette, Chrissy Hynde (The Pretenders), endorse the quality, credibility and stature of the band.

Miami Book Fair kicks off this year on Sunday, November 12th, with a photo exhibition for HURRICANE, a new book by Miami photographer, Barry Fellman, with spectacular photos that transform devastation into art. The book includes essays by hurricane hero Bryan Norcross, and Vicki Goldberg, art critic of the NY Times.

WHEN IS THE PACHANGA’S HALLOWEEN PARTY?
The journey starts on Sat. October 28 at 12 noon (Actual Main Halloween Party is from 7pm – 4am). Though, we will be partying on the Island until late Sun. October 29 ( Last boat rides to mainland at 5:45pm)… RAIN or SHINE!
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY TICKET PURCHASE?
You purchase your tickets for the boat ride to the island and as a courtesy we will provide all the music, fun people, performers, entertainment, and anything else that is included with your respective ticket(s), during your stay on PACHANGA ISLAND (Yes, the island is bare with no amenities or furniture; however, we will have makeshift toilets on the island and also there is one on the boat/ferry)… You can attend just the main party on Saturday (7p – 4a), or you can come earlier during the Saturday (boat rides start at noon), and you can also stay for the afterparty until Sunday (6pm). If you are planning on staying overnight, you must bring with you everything you’d need for a comfortable stay… Especially, don’t forget:

Diana Fuentes, the second Cuban singer songwriter signed on by Sony Music after Celia Cruz, is a leader within the flourishing generation of performers and musicians from Cuba. What is Wednesday Night Live?!
Wednesday Night Live is where you can see nationally touring stand up comedians in Miami on their night off, and during your midweek. This show is growing to be the most exclusive comedy night in Miami; happening only once a month and located inside the Drinkhouse Fire and Ice Bar.

This Halloween do something you’ve never thought possible… Trick or Treat in Miami Beach’s first Ice bar. Explore a winter ice cavern where everything is made of ice, including the glasses you drink out of! Make this Halloween one you’ll never forget as you meet Polar Bears, Spooky Ghosts, and maybe even Elsa from Frozen!

In July 2016, Stéphane Bolongaro, a former North Miami Beach gallery owner donated his world famous Totor sculpture to the City. Totor was the featured piece in Monaco this past March during Mr. Bolongaro’s art exhibition that hosted His Serene Highness Prince Albert II. In August 2017, Stéphane Bolongaro launched his second exhibition of Totor at the Promenade du Paillon in Nice, France.
As part of the vision of being a beautiful and safe residential community in South Florida, the City of North Miami Beach looks for opportunities to make that a reality. For the past couple of years, South Florida has celebrated Colombian Independence Day at MegaRumba Colombia. SWARM and iHeart’s Tu 94.9 have revamped the festivity into an all-encompassing celebration with a broader reason to celebrate at MegaRumba: Celebrate YOUR Independence. This coming July 15, celebrate YOUR culture at the, free, all-day event in Wynwood — Miami’s most culturally dynamic neighborhood.
The free festival will run from 3PM to 3AM. It will focus on South Florida’s rich and vibrant melting pot, with special attention to its deep musical influences. People can expect to see activities for all ages throughout the day with programming moving into a full-blown concert as the day progresses. Handpicked art/craft vendors and food trucks will be available until the very end, offering a little bit of everything that makes South Florida so unique and tasty. In the past, organizers have brought Latin Billboard winners including Maluma, Grupo Niche, Jorge Celedón, ChoquibTown and Victor Manuel. The musical lineup will soon be announced, but it will include local town favorites and top performances provided by iHeart’s Tu 94.9 FM, a major sponsor since its inception.
