The Children’s Services Council Of Broward And The YMCA Of Broward County To Create Colorful and Fun Landscape For The Kids Zone At The 3rd annual Colors Of The Caribbean
Hollywood, Florida-The 3rd annual Colors of the Caribbean is proud to announce that their YMCA Kids Active Zone will be powered once again by the Children’s Services Council of Broward County (CSC) on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at ArtsPark at Young Circle in Hollywood, Florida. The kids zone will offer an array of activities dedicated to enriching the children’s experience at the festival for children ages 2-15 from 4pm-8:30pm. Activities include:
·        Outdoor Wilderness & Fishing: Simulated fishing and archery
·        Arts and Crafts: Eco-friendly art projects.
·        Tony tots Sports: Y sports for children age 3 -5
·        Diva Camp dress up and play station
·        Gymnastics Camp Demos
·        YFit sports and games
·        Pre-School camp experiences
·        Aquatics play area
·        Animals of the Caribbean educational Experience
·        Fun Flicks photo station
Kids Zumba 4:00-6:00
Steel Drum Performance 6:30-8:30
Colors of the Caribbean is a staple event within the community that is held annually in June to celebrate National Caribbean Heritage month. The event showcases delectable dishes, infectious music of the Caribbean and a colorful heritage of the Caribbean.
